Dr. Greg Raleigh
Founder, CEO, & Chairman
Greg has a 30-year track record of innovation and leadership that has shaped today’s wireless and networking industries. He founded four successful companies. He conceived and proved the groundbreaking theory for multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) wireless transmission, a contribution that completely changed 100 years of thinking and led to dramatic data speed increases and connection reliability improvements in the field of radio communication. He invented and commercialized the MIMO signal processing architectures and algorithm approaches used today in all 4G chipsets and most Wi-Fi chipsets – including 4G LTE, 4G HSPA+, 4G Wi-Max, Wi-Fi 802.11n and Wi-Fi 802.11ac. Most recently Greg co-invented and commercialized Smart Services, the world’s first highly customizable mobile network service technology.
Prior to founding ItsOn, Dr. Raleigh served as vice president of mobile internet at Qualcomm; founder, President, chief executive officer and board member at Airgo Networks (acquired by Qualcomm in 2006); vice president of wireless internet at Cisco; founder and president of Clarity Wireless (acquired by Cisco in 1998); and chief scientist and vice president of research and development at Watkins Johnson Company.
Greg holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic University, an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
With 30 years of experience managing a wide breadth of technical, operational and financial functions in the wireless communications industry, David Johnson oversees all operational and financial functions for the company.
His background covers the spectrum from entrepreneurial leadership at early stage start-ups through executive positions for renowned telecommunication firms. Prior to joining ItsOn, David held executive positions at Qualcomm, Airgo Networks, Cisco Systems, Clarity Wireless, and Watkins Johnson.
David graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo with a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
SVP Global Sales & Business Operations
Jose Lorenzo is a seasoned business executive with 23 years of telecommunications and Internet industry experience. Jose has extensive knowledge in international sales, marketing and strategy, operations and general management. He has led multi-million dollar deals with some of the largest international carriers across US, EMEA, Asia and Latin America. Before joining ItsOn, Jose had several executive positions at Openwave during a tenure of 12 years delivering outstanding results and consistent growth in a variety of economic environments and geographies. He also hold senior roles for a number of companies in the industry including Intel, Alcatel, Hewlett Packard and Telefonica.
Lorenzo graduated with honors from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, receiving a master’s degree in Computer Science, and a post-graduate from IESE Business School in General Management and Business Administration.
SVP Global Operations
Patrick heads the global operation group at ItsOn. Patrick brings with him 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Telecom industry. He holds an extensive knowledge in business strategy, venture capital, and developing organizations internationally. Prior to joining ItsOn, Patrick has held several executive positions for Value Added Services organizations in the World, gaining acumen in sales, marketing, customer services and worldwide operations management. He has held a number of Executive positions at Comviva, Muzicall, Neuralitic, Openwave and Ericsson. Early in his career, he has held increasingly senior roles within the Sales, Services and Business Development functions at Hewlett-Packard in Europe. Patrick completed his education at the Paris School of Engineering with a degree in Electronics and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration.
VP of Technical Sales and Marketing
Robert brings nearly 2 decades of experience in introducing new and disruptive mobile products to the market. Prior to ItsOn, Robert was VP Solutions at Opera working with wireless carriers globally (Verizon, Vodafone, Telenor and others) and partners (Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei) to launch the media optimization solution that he brought to live as VP Product at Skyfire (aquired by Opera). Robert launched several mobile consumer applications, both at Skyfire (VP Product) as well as Product Consultant to several companies in Silicon Valley. Robert got his start in the pioneering days of mobile data in 1998 as an engineer at Apion (aquired by Openwave) to find his passion in leading innovation though product leadership roles since 2001.
Robert holds the equivalent of a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Fachhochschule Augsburg (Germany) and a M.S and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Ulster (Northern Ireland, UK).
VP of Product Marketing and Innovation
Stéphane Honoré has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunication and Internet industries. Prior to joining ItsOn, he was responsible for contributing to the technology and product strategy of mobile Internet products at Openwave Mobility for over 10 years, where he held a wide range of leadership roles within the Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Partnership organizations, in addition being the 3GPP representative for the company. Stéphane graduated from the “École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne”, receiving a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications.
